    Senior Digital Campaign Manager

     

    Summary

    As Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of HYFN Local’s best-in-class digital activation team and will have input into how campaigns are structured. This is an ideal role for anyone who has a healthy understanding of digital performance analytics and the ability to communicate effectively with both digital and non-digital professionals.

    Additionally, the Senior Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for ensuring that the campaigns of the campaign managers and junior campaign managers on the team are hitting delivery, KPI, and margin goals and providing creative solutions when needed to deliver to those goals. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    What is expected of a Senior Digital Campaign Manager at HYFN Local?

    • You’ll wear many hats and work closely with the Data Science, Ad Ops, Account Management, and Sales Strategy teams in order to manage campaign execution end-to-end.
    • You’ll curate a knowledge of the entire digital media landscape to make sure clients have the best media delivery possible.
    • Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, and video) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues.
    • Work with media team to determine best practices and processes around campaign optimization strategy and execute.
    • Understand programmatic buying landscape and buy media in real time, with accuracy.
    • Train new members of the team. Acting as a mentor and helping to relay knowledge and best practices.
    • Act as a resource for the team. Be their first go-to for all questions.
    • Able to manage high budget, complex campaigns for high profile or sensitive clients.
    • Responsible for owning the relationship with either one of our primary vendors or internal teams/companies. Being their primary point of contact, developing processes around them, and communicating back to the team.
    • Responsible for conducting testing (new vendors, technology, products, etc.) with the goal of driving innovation for the team and for the company.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • At least 2 years of digital media buying experience that includes working in programmatic buying tools (DSPs such as The TradeDesk, Simpli.fi, DBM, Media Math, AppNexus, etc.).
    • Knowledge of the digital media fulfillment ecosystem and digital media formulas.
    • Strong analytical mind and possess the ability to devise creative solutions to help further our clients’ success.
    • Experience with viewability & verification and ad serving technologies.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Proven ability to identify and solve problems as well as be highly flexible and willing to adapt to in an ever-changing digital landscape.
    • Persuasive oral & written communicator, strong interpersonal skills and sense of urgency.
    • Able to deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
