    Position Summary

    Entry- level Inside Sales: Digital Advertising Account Executive

    HYFN Local is a digital ad agency based in Austin, TX.  We have been helping businesses of all sizes reach new customers through the power of targeted digital advertising for over 15 years.

    Summary

    The HYFN Local Inside Sales Team is responsible for generating new business through a structured, solutions driven sales approach that is aimed at meeting the unique needs of each client.  A typical day will include cold calling for new appointments, emailing contacts, following up and presenting customized client recommendations via phone and web ex.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter, who is results oriented. This role reports up to the Vice President of Business Development and will have a chance to learn and collaborate alongside experienced sales leaders, digital strategists, account managers, campaign managers, search and social analysts and more.

      

    We provide a thorough onboarding and training for all inside sales team members, regardless of experience, to ensure a proper introduction to our team, digital ad solutions and value proposition.  In addition to ongoing mentoring, coaching and development, weekly live web ex training sessions are also available to you.

     

    This is a performance-based role, team members are measured and held accountable for meeting monthly sales quotas.  Compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission on all business closed.  Commission is uncapped.  Team Members that demonstrate 2 years of successful quota achievement in this position will have the opportunity to advance into a Outside Sales Position with a Regional Territory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    What is expected of a Inside Sales: Digital Advertising Account Executive at HYFN Local?

    • Leverage and apply the knowledge from our training program to target qualified businesses and offer impactful, customized solutions
    • 50-75 outbound calls per day to target advertisers
    • 10 – 15 client presentations via web ex each week
    • Research, analyze and monitor competitive media for new leads
    • Achieve monthly sales quota

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing, and presentation skills.
    • Well organized, professional, high energy and detail-oriented.
    • Confident, flexible, multi-tasker, and able to work independently.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
    • Self-Directed and action-oriented
    • Drive for results
