    Position Summary

     The NBC and CBS television affiliates, KSEE and KGPE are searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the GM/ VP and C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with community leaders, advertisers, and employees
    • Coordinates events, including conferences & seminars
    • Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for departments
    • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
    • Schedule meetings and appointments and arrange travel
    • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
    • Implement and administers departmental office systems and procedures. Interprets and communicates policies and processes.
    • Maintain personnel records
    • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
    • evelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
    • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
    • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
    • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
    • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    • Answers phone inquiries, directs calls for executive team
    • Able to perform all clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 4+ years prior experience in mid- to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • ·Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
