    Agency Services is looking for an experienced Programmatic Director to help lead our digital campaign management team. This individual should have strong quantitative and analytic skills to oversee and guide the implementation and delivery of our client’s advertising campaigns. They should also have a proven ability to identify and solve problems as well as be highly flexible and willing to adapt to an ever-changing digital landscape.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    What is expected of a Director of the Programmatic Campaign Management team?


    Manage a team of exceptional campaign managers. Grow their skills as buyers and help define paths for career advancement. Run some of our most high profile campaigns. These may include high budgets, sensitive clients, complex strategies, tests of new vendors/tactics/processes, etc. Manage delivery, performance, and costs of campaigns and consult with the Account Management team and clients on campaign progress. Consult with the campaign management team on their campaigns- Keeping an eye on performance & delivery, and managing any escalations. Always know what’s going on. Ensure that all campaigns are delivering to goal and achieving the client’s stated KPI goals. 


    Be the expert. Have encyclopedic knowledge of all things digital media. Have an eye for innovation and know how to implement that change. What can we be doing better? What’s next? Have a proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems. Be creative, curious, and strategic. Find the right solution for every problem. Be able to present and analyze data effectively and efficiently. Leverage data to make better-informed decisions for our campaigns, department, and company. Deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence. Have extreme attention to detail.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 7+ years of digital media buying experience in a programmatic environment
    • 4+ years’ experience managing and developing a team
    • DSP experience a must!- TheTradeDesk,, DBM, AppNexus, MediaMath, etc.
    • Experience working in and with ad serving and viewability & verification tools
    • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis
    • Excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad audience
