    Position Summary

    HYFN is an award winning digital agency and ad tech company located in Playa Vista, CA.  Our award-winning social Ad Management platform, HYFN8, delivers solutions for some of the largest brands in the world.


    HYFN is one of only a handful of companies in the world that are badged partners to all 5 key social media platforms.  As such, Product Management is uniquely positioned to work with some of the most innovative and fast-moving technical minds today.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Launch products on a regular cadence.
    • Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap across all products.
    • Work closely with Engineering team on implementation schedule, needs and requirements.
    • Oversee & guide Product team to ensure delivery on all initiatives.
    • Interact with partners, customers and prospects to define market requirements and use cases.
    • Collaborate Ad Operations, Data Science and Leadership to develop a product roadmap that delivers value and positive outcomes to HYFN’s Ad Operations team and customers.
    • Drive product discovery, development and execution for HYFN, leading cross-functional dedicated resources.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners and other Teams to develop product materials for go-to-market strategies.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, English, Business or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5+ years of product management or related experience.
    • Experience building SaaS platforms, preferred.
    • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
    • Experience in ad technology and/or marketing technology, preferred.
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching great products.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others inside and outside the organization.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment that achieves strategic goals and evolves product strategy based on research, data, industry and market trends.
    • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
