    JOB SUMMARY:  As Digital Campaign Manager, you will be a key member behind HYFN Local’s best-in-class campaign management and have input into how campaigns are structured. It takes curiosity and awareness of new platforms, technologies and tactics to bring to bear on our clients’ behalf. This is an ideal role for anyone who has a healthy understanding of digital performance analytics and the ability to communicate effectively with both digital and non-digital professionals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    • You’ll wear many hats and work closely with the Data Science, Ad Ops, Account Management, and Media Planning teams in order to manage campaign execution end-to-end.
    • You’ll curate a knowledge of the entire digital media landscape to make sure clients have the best media delivery possible.
    • Place online advertising campaigns, negotiate rates with publishers and monitor profit margins and campaign performance.
    • Manage publisher relationships including contracts, contact information, updated rates, minimums, etc.
    • Work with planning team to conduct market research, compile information for media plans and RFP sites and to ensure that campaigns are running according to plans.
    • Work with Media Team to determine campaign optimization strategy and execute.
    • Understand programmatic buying landscape and buy media in real time, with accuracy.
    • Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, and video) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues.

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong analytical mind and possess the ability to devise creative solutions to help further our clients’ success.
    • Knowledge of digital media fulfillment, programmatic buying tools (Media Math, DataXu, TradeDesk) and digital media math and formulas.
    • Proven ability to identify and solve problems as well as be highly flexible and willing to adapt to in an ever-changing digital landscape.
    • Experience with Comscore, V&V technology, DFP, AdX, and DSP, a big plus!
    • Persuasive oral & written communicator, strong interpersonal skills and sense of urgency.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines without exceptions.
    • Extremely detail oriented.
    • Able to deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence.
    • Ability to present and analyze data.

    Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years’ agency or digital media buying experience preferred.

     

    Training/EquipmentExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

     

    Work Environment/Mental/Physical RequirementsFast-paced office environment with deadlines.  Successful candidates are comfortable with day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with frequent change in direction and priority. After all, it is digital.
